What Is Royphnol Made Of What Is The Point Of Having A Deadline For Employers To Get Out W2s By January 31?

What is the point of having a deadline for employers to get out W2s by January 31? - what is royphnol made of

From what I gathered, there are no consequences for employers who do not send, w2 31st January. So what is the point that with this time? Am I missing something, and something happened, what kind of employer can not submit forms W2 31st January?

If an employee reports that the IRS considered and depending on the situation, it can pay a fine property of the employer for it. This is the staff plenty of time to file your taxes and payments to give time if the taxes are due. I mean, people have enough time to get everything together and present and correct errors, if the IRS does not accept.
