Can i use ash tree wood for bbq smoking and if so what do i have to do with it after i cut it down? - smoking wood delaware
I have a green ash tree in my back yard thats all the sun block on my terrace and I'll cut a few and I am curious whether it will be used for smoking meat, how and with what I use for cutting wood?

Ive never heard of or used the ashes to cook the meat, so I can not help seeing it too much to try to un. Use something cheap, like burgers then from there. but if u really good food without any taste of smoke, then Mesquite Guaranteed!
